Can energy be created or destroyed : no it cannot, according to the Law of conservation of energy.

3.Can an object transfer more than one type of energy ( Think of a campfire can a campfire transfer more than on energy)
Yes it can, for example with the campfire it can transfer thermal and light energy.

4. How does energy flow in a system ? It depends for example on sound energy it flows through waves.
