One of the oldest constellations, Babylonian times. In Greek mythology Zeus turned himself into a bull to carry the princess Europa to the island of Crete. Made up of two main stars Aldenaran and Alnath. Aldenaran’s core has ran out of hydrogen to burn and is now unstable. Alnath I’d also known a El Nath.
Ps. In Greek mythology there were 48 constellations and now scientists found 88 constellations.

- Gavin

The Sickle of the lion forms an arc of the head and cheats, and at the base of the Sickle, Leo’s brightest star known as Regularus sits. You can use the pointer stars of the Big Dipper to find Leo. The Mesopotamians were first known for finding the “Lion” constellation.
