My identity being part of a minorty allows me to spread my culture around and show people how many sterotypes about my culture is not true. People should not treat me different just because I look different. I can use this understanding towards others who come from even smaller groups than me and many groups are marginalized and face different issues based on who they are. Everyone is a unique person and can bring something to the table, no one should be excluded

A person is not put down or isolated simply because of their race but are rather told to have pride in their ethnicity. To create social and racial justice in my school I have made sure not to judge others based on their race and to first get to know them before judging them. I have also tried to make sure that no one is isolated and that everybody feels safe and welcome in the school. A lot of new issues came up from COVID that seemed really terrible at the time, but they were temporary.
