Today the priests went to the village. They're very highly treated people. Only they are allowed to enter the temple's sacred area and approach a god/goddess' statue. There's supposed to be a festival down in the village today. I guess you can say peasants make up the lowest social class in Egypt. It's also probably the largest. They do most of the farming and construction here in Egypt. I feel kinda bad for them though. Scribes usually write letters and stuff for villagers who can't write. One thing I find cool about scribes are the hieroglyphics. Hieroglyphics are almost like the alphabet of Egypt which is why I hired it pretty cool. And they're almost like drawings. Artisans have to be my favorite Kind of people. They make all of the art in Egypt. I've wanted to be an artist for a long time. And watching what they do I for sure want to be an artist when I grow up.
