1. We should show them firstly that we care about them truly since i think they don’t think we appreciate them and sometimes as it can be seen they looked so sad when they had done a good job cleaning the classroom and nobody gave them a compliment or ever thanked them for it.

2. We should talk or communicate to them more if possible as they seemed lonely sometimes and we may brighten their day by talking to them.

3. We should make a day specifically for appreciating the Cleaners. Maybe example Cleaner’s appreciation day! And we can award several prizes to them for helping the school facilities and cleaning them that way they feel more appreciated by what they do.

Notes of appreciation and show gratitude and maybe assist them in cleaning. We should also put ourselves in their shoes and think of how they feel and we should imagine them as important figures in our school and treat them like a family member of ours. They have put in hard work for all of us and i think the least we could do is appreciate them and not burden them by littering or causing more problems to the area as our old and hardworking cleaners are old. If we disrespect them or cause problems to them we might regret it as we might become like them when we grow up and we should show more gratitude as they were once like us but worker conditions and luxury to study and be successful for themselves and their families.

Notes of gratitude for their daily labour to keep a conducive and healthy environment for all students and teachers to study and teach in. Notes of gratitude will definitely boost their morale and make their day a lot better, this will also definitely encourage them to do their job in a happier mood and they will actually enjoy doing their job. I also think that by doing our part as students, we can always help cleaners pick up all the litter off the floor of our classrooms and greet them and thank them for their commitment towards their jobs so that they will feel appreciated. One aspect I appreciate about cleaners is that they work hard despite the harsh work conditions and treatment they get from other people and that the government doesn’t pay them enough but they do not mind at all.
