For example, I am able to get rides with my friends that live near me to school. Also, driving my car to a friends house that lives about a quarter of a mile away is completely unnecessary. When I use electricity it decreases the natural resources we have by using more energy to make electricity and the resources it takes to more the electricity from one place to another. By turning off the lights and replacing them with energy efficient light bulbs we will use less energy in my house which uses less natural resources.
