• Normally, we would go to McDonald's after classes but there are times when we would go to this place across from McDonald's that is pretty quiet and a great place to eat and relax after class since it's usually empty. It used to be quite cheap but considering how it's usually empty, they did increase their price.

We found an available table that still needs to be cleaned up so we kindly requested one of the staff to clean the table. They immediately complied with our request so thanks to them, we were able to sit down.

There were two entrances to this restaurant, one was for the cafe portion of it and the other is for it's dining hall. I liked how the cafe portion of the restaurant is seperated from the dining portion. The overall aesthetic of the place was a relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing in the background. The place was neat and clean to look at, not overwhelming nor underwhelming either. At first, the table I sat at was underneath the air conditioner so I asked them to lower it down as it was too cold and they happily obliged.

As I sat down on the table I chose, a server immediately heads to my direction for the menu. Every single item in the menu was available and there are descriptions for the dishes for people who have certain allergies. I called the server again and they took my order. I asked them for some popular items on their restaurant and they told me about it. They wrote down everything and double checked it in order to make sure there are no items that were misheard. They finally told me the waiting time of 15 to 20 minutes and left.

After the server who took the order left, another server followed. They brought accomodations such as the plates and utensils, along with a whole pitcher of water with glasses.

The food were served freshly made. They were arranged in the plate with it's presentation in mind. Everything that's supposed to be hot we're served hot while everything that was supposed to be cold was served cold.

#OtherRequests

After eating, I requested if we could take back the leftovers as some of the food was barely touched and they complied. They immediately cleared out my table while they took back the dishes to be packed. One call for the bill has the server immediately come with the bill presebtation order. After the amazing service, I left full and satisfied with the customer service.
