Just confused on the mechanisms of how gastrin triggers acid secretion. In one part of the trans (p. 5), it says that the direct mechanism is through gastrin binding to the CCK2 but in the second part, it says that its through binding with H2 receptors (p. 7). From what I've read online, dapat CCK2 yung direct since gastrin binds to CCK2 but histamine doesnt (source pero parang di pwede isend kay doc ito ahhahaha)? Tapos the pathway of CCK2 stimulation doesn't involve cAMP but the H2 one does? Tapos namention yung H3 as the indirect pathway instead of the H2 (p.7) so now I'm confused :C I can't find the pathway in Guyton and its brushed through lightly lang in Berne & Levy hahuhelp
