The other factions are Euridite who value knowledge, Candor who value truth, Amity who value kindness, and Daunless who value bravery. All sixteen year olds have to choose a faction and have a test to see which one they belong most with. In Beatrice's test, the results have to be put in manually instead of directly after the test. On the day of the choosing (The day she has to choose a faction), Beatrice chooses Dauntless.
