I think it should be required, no matter how long, to find a winner in a championship game. First off, lets look into the word Champion itself. The definition of Champion, and I quote, "a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, especially in sports." If this is the name of the last, and especially most important game, then why wouldn't be called a championship. If a championship should not have a winner, then shouldn't we just call it "Last Game"? Another reason, like Adrian Herrera said, why put in all the work when it doesn't even matter. Also, some people say that championship games needing to have a winner inflict to much work and stress. Although this may be true, the people that play this sport know what position they are putting themselves into. They know that they are going to be playing against the other best team in their league. After all, most people play all those games before just so they have a chance at tasting victory during a championship. Due to this reasoning, I believe that there should be a winner for all championship games, no matter what age.
