I feel so much depth and humanity in people's answers. It makes me realize that 10 minutes, just isn't enough to KNOW you all.

While listening to others talk about themselves, I found myself saying, "Oh yeah, I think that too!" many times. It has made me reflect on my own perspectives in new ways. Thanks for organizing and facilitating!

At first I was a bit nervous, but connecting with my colleagues 1:1 was actually incredible, and dare I say maybe even a bit healing from past work trauma!? I think more connection is better and I'm grateful we're wading thru this together. <3

I was a lil bit nervous to deep dive but after connecting with my colleagues 1:1 I felt so much more in relationship and it may have even begun healing some work trauma for me, dare I say! I think we need MORE connection and I'm grateful we're going thru this process together! <3

Pretty special to spend time hearing from others, engaging in these conversations, and learning about others and also learning about myself through their responses. It was really insightful to hear how many similarities there were that came out in the conversations and follow up questions while my partners were sharing. Excited to continue to learn from the team.
