         <description><![CDATA[<div>Many Americans enlisted into the military services by free will. Men wanted to help the country win this war. There were many young teenage boys that were involved in the war. We had very high nationalism so everyone was very proud of our country and believed we could and would win this war with everyones help. If you didn't volunteer you were frowned upon because you weren't helping with the war efforts.</div>]]></description>

President Roosevelt signed this act in order to help the military by getting more people  to contribute in the war. The enlisted in the Army to help fight the war with everyone else. Even though they helped they were treated unfairly.          <title>Women Industrial Workers</title>

Since the men were out at war fighting the women were left behind to do all work that supported them. The would build planes for the Air Force and tanks for the Army. </div>]]></description>

Everyone was limited so that the military could get the amount that wasn't given to the civilians.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>People would buy war bonds to help fund the military. The government asked people to help buy war bonds by using propaganda. Every cent would go into the military's food and weapons. People were asked to use 10% of their income to put to to war. The war got most of it's money from war bonds.</div>]]></description>
