The sales team of XX has always played a key role in meeting company objectives by working closely with relevant departments and maintaining standards set as per the company vision. We recognize your efforts in contributing to our sales growth since our establishment in 2010. 

Due to the ongoing economic crisis in our country, we have experienced a significant decline in our sales for the last two consecutive quarters. The increase in inflation in our country has also proven to be an added factor in this issue. Despite our best efforts to maintain our sales record, we have been unable to do so. In response to these effects, we regret to inform you that the basic salary of the sales team will be reduced by 20% effective August 2023. Pre-existing benefits and allowances shall remain unaffected. 

We acknowledge the inconvenience that this may cause, however, this decision is required to preserve and sustain the company. This reduction will only be temporary until we can improve our sales record again, which is projected for the end of the financial quarter 4, 2023.  We would like to thank you for your patience. In regard to that, we greatly value your work for the company.
