They seem bonded as they show teamwork as they might face challenges. There is also a teacher whom supervises the process of the VIA. The VIA activity is something that some students feel a waste of time that could be better used in sleeping in class or gaming. The students seem to be focused on what they are doing. The students also pose well for the photos. Personally I feel that these VIA projects help the poor needy while receiving VIA hours. Youths such as myself, tend to enjoy helping and playing with animals far more compared to having to attempt and help the elderly, for example as they cannot connect and properly understand what they need as they are of different generations, and as a result, have differing opinions.

When people are passionate about an issue, such as helping animals, they are more likely to come back in their own free time rather than have it be a one time thing that was forced upon them by their schools.
