This painting hangs in my office. It’s bright and bubbly like I prefer to be as an administrator. I am very positive and support staff through positive constructive feedback. I have built relationships that allow me to correct while building them up. The many different colors represent the great diversity that exists in our school among our students and staff.

I chose this picture from summer because it embodies my belief in sharing the gospel with all nations as I went to Zambia this summer for 14 days to serve in an orphanage where we held village VBS every day. The other reason I chose this picture is because I am wearing my “Gram” tshirt. This is my newest role and I am absolutely in love. I have an almost 1 year old grand daughter and a two week old grandson. Being their Gram is how I love to spend my time outside of work.

I have this picture to represent my "paying job". I have been the CTAE Director for 6 years, but I just added Federal Programs Director in December. I'm so busy right now but absolutely LOVE my job. I am learning a lot with my new position while also continuing with my CTAE folks. I have my love sign on my shelf, and there is a picture of my grandkids in the "MiMi" frame. they are always on my mind.

This collage is my life. We have 4 daughters who I love more than anything. They made me a MiMi to 6 perfect grandkids. Our oldest three are in school now--Oliva, 6th grade; Hayden & Jesse, 3rd grade; Jackson is 2 years and he's the big brother to Owen (born 8/22). Kit is our precious little boy who now lives in heaven. He passed away at age 4 from a very rare genetic disorder.

My husband was a principal through our girls education and we raised them going to church, camping as often as possible and playing sports every chance they got. I stayed home with them so I was late starting in my education career. I have 5 years left until I retire and we hope to travel in our RV all over this great United States...taking the grand as much as we can.

I am sharing a picture from this summer of my little family. My husband and I will have been married 15 years this October. We have three beautiful children, ages 10, 8, and 6. We take a picture every year in this exact spot while we are on our vacation. I am so grateful for my family. They are the center of my world!

I am sharing a photo of my counterpart - We both serve as assistant principals for our school. The reason I put this photo is because we have an excellent relationship that is collaborative and supportive. This job isn't easy, and it is nice to have someone who shares the same beliefs and ideals as me. It's a blessing to work with her each day to serve our students and staff!

P.S. I am the one on the left in the tan sweater! :)

How many students are in your school? We have 622. We ended the year last year with 651. We are a PK-5 elementary school.
