Our plant grew more than we expected. When we first attempted this, our plant wasn't growing that much. We decided to change the set up, hence we didn't put any soil in our second attempt to grow. And luckily, our plant grew to 2 grams!
The onion showed cell differentiation as it started to sprout more shoots, and grow. The shoots would divide, and multiply in number after every couple of days. The water was absorbed by the shoots, and the height of the shoots proved that. The mass also started to grow as more of the roots started to grow, divide, and multiply.

Experimental one and two grew at a rather slow pace at first. However, as time passed, the growth increased. The growth was varied. The control group grew pretty well, it seemed slow but picked up in grow to about 0.2-0.5 grams every 4 days. The height however didn't change that much for any of the plants. Experimental one started deteriorating over time because of unknown reasons. Ultimately, all three plants died.
