depamded: how it will effact your heartrate before during and after we will measure the heart rate with machine

controled: we will give each one a diffrent amaunt and see what the impact on thier heart rate

To make this, all you need is clay, and to make it, simply shape the clay into a ball and wrap it in several layers.

• Red, yellow, orange, blue, and green colored clays

Procedure:

1- Take a small piece of yellow clay and roll it into a ball, then put it aside

2- Then take a piece of orange clay, flatten it, and spread it out

3- Then, use the flattened piece of orange clay and wrap it around the yellow ball and make it circular.

4- Now, take a bigger amount of red clay and flatten it out, and spread it around the orange ball, and make it circular

5- Now take the blue and green clay and mix them lightly, so that they don't mix and have big chunks of green and blue, but try to make the green chunks separated

6- Then spread out the green and blue mix of clay and wrap it around the red ball and make it round and circular

7- Finally, take a knife and cut it in half

Safety:

• When using the knife, be careful not to cut yourself

• After touching the clay, try not to touch your eyes because it could cause an itch and potential damage

steps:

take the yellow clay and make a small ball then cover ir with the orange clay

after that cover all of that in the red clay

then cover the ball with the green and the blue make the blue 70 precent and the green 30 precent after all of that cut the ball in the middle

How to do: So take the yellow clay and make it round, then take the orange clay and make it flat, then take the orange one.
