There are 20 students and the kindergarten do not have English so this will be the first experience<br><br></div><div>The teacher is Adriana and she received me very well, with the preceptor of the class, Olga<br><br></div><div>Previous classes one of the children told his classmates he knew how to count in English and the teacher shared that with the other classmates.<br><br></div><div>Adriana told me that for the first observation class she is going to tell the children that as they know how to count in English she invites a person who only speaks in English to generate curiosity with my arrival.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>FIRST OBSERVATION</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>The kindergarten does not have English but the teacher told the children that since some of them knew how to speak in English, she invited someone who spoke in English, that was very interesting because that's how she introduced myself and called the attention of the children. In this first observation they did not do many activities since they had the act of the teacher's day.<br>The teacher drew a half moon on the floor and the children settled there on the floor. They sang a song to stop talking and began to write the date on the board. A boy and a girl were also designated to tell their classmates and write down the attendance, the rest helped write the number.<br>Then the teacher told them that they would start working on a notebook to prepare for elementary school. They worked in small groups, they were given a sheet of colour in which they should draw including all body parts and write their name. that sheet would be placed in the notebook to identify from where they would begin to use the notebook.<br>I felt very comfortable with the teacher, who included me in the activities. and the children were very sweet. everyone wanted to say hello, they asked me the name and even tie some shoelaces</div>]]></description>

         <title>SECOND OBSERVATION</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In this second class, the teacher explained that the topic to teach was the line.<br>For this the class started by sitting the children in a round and each one was commenting on something new<mark> novedad novedosa</mark>, for example one of the girls was bitten by a dog and the others also started talking about their pets. Then in the center of the circle the teacher placed colorful sticks and drew on the floor straight lines and curves with tempera while asking the children what was it, they began to say things like it is a house, it is a snake. She explained that they were lines and showed how to draw them on a sheet. Afterwards each one took a sheet and a brush and drew their lines. I elp the teacherto distribute the brushes, and to write the name of the students on the sheets.<br>While they were drawing they showed me their drawings, some asked for help and others asked my name. I was able to interact much more with them since being the second class they all identified me as a new teacher.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>THIRD OBSERVATION</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During this third observed class I can say that I am feeling very comfortable since I am adapting to the way the teachers work and how the kindergarten works.<br>During the introduction of the class, the children always tell us something new about their homes and the teacher Adri reminded them that I was visiting them again, they greeted me and I greeted them in English, which caused them a lot of ruffle and even some responded to the greeting also in English. The teacher explained again that speaking in English meant speaking in another language.<br>For the class the preceptor, Olga showed them a video of a song by Maria Elena Walsh about cats and chacareras. While watching the video some sang and others danced. Then they talked about what they saw.<br>After that, they grouped together in the tables and handed out soup of letters, the teacher showed on the blackboard what words they should look for. Some recognized some letters and others by association they found the words.          <title>FIRST AND SECOND ASISTANSHIPS</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the first assistanship I collaborate with the teacher in the activities for the reading marathon they were preparing.<br>I read stories with the students, then we watch a video of Maria Elena Walsh and help the different groups to draw some of the characters in the video: cats, mice, suitcases.<br>I really liked this part of the practices since I was able to interact much more with the children and it was very fun to help them in their drawings.<br>In the second assistantship, I work on the theme Punto so I help prepare the materials: paste a poster on the floor, prepare the temperas with the different colours. The teacher handed out different materials in the form of circles such as pencils, lids, glasses, etc. I help to put tempera on the objects and then print them on the paper. They also gave me a cover to put the first circle, the students liked it a lot and were very attentive to the choice of tempera colour that it would make.<br>It was a very beautiful and colourful mural and the children could learn the concept of point</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the first class we worked the topics presentations and greetings.<br>the students would learn the structures my name is .. as well as to greet and say goodbye.<br>We worked in a round, the teacher helped me sort them that way and I introduced myself so that later they would pay attention to the activities.<br>I prepare some tags with the names of the children and then with colored balls we play to pass the ball and introduce ourselves.<br>Before the class prepare a box with a paper puppet pretending to be a monster. They helped to wake him up by calling him in English, until they managed to raise him and I was waving with the puppet and they were presented.<br>The activity they liked a lot, especially the puppet, they wanted to touch it and they liked to say hello.<br>We also sang a song, which they learned very fast. they like to sing.<br>Aspects that should improve, speak more in English mainly when I give instructions<br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The learning aims of the second class were the colours.<br>Also, students would develop fine motor skills using balloons and painting.<br>We started with the song Hello Song to greet us and we learned the colours with plastic balls with different colours. Then they played with colored balloons and named the colour in English as they received their balloon. They were also attentive when I said to raise their hands those who have blue balloons for example. This activity was a great success because we managed to work with the materials and they enjoyed playing with balloons.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Thematic unit: My body<br>Learning aims: learn new vocabulary about body parts, develop listening skills and follow instructions, develop motor skills.<br><br>They learned the parts of the body through flashcards that I carry with images. they were recognizing them and we put them on the blackboard.<br><br>We also work with a song Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes. This part of the class was very fun. They enjoyed the song and followed the instructions of it.<br>And finally, deliver a worksheet to each student to paint and recognize the vocabulary seen in the song.<br>In this third class I can say that I feel more comfortable working with children, nerves are disappearing and I'm adapting to handle the times of the class and the duration of the activities. The classroom teacher is a great help in the distribution of activities or the development of them.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>During the last class we went back to review the vocabulary about the parts of the body with the song and we learned the members of the family.<br>Take a story with a story of monster family, they had a lot of fun observing the images and as the story progressed we revised the vocabulary of colours. Finally I brought the puppet back and told them that he felt sad because he was missing his family. I asked them for help to create other monsters that were their friends and through this activity review all the seen, colours, parts of the body, members of the family and at the end they would present their puppets with mine.<br>This activity was beautiful. They loved to put together their puppets and then they made them speak in English with the phrases they learned, such as saying hello or singing some of the songs they saw. Everyone was very happy and everyone wanted to take their puppets home to show the family how they spoke in English.</div>]]></description>
