Lea Haddock is the lead investigator for the unsolved case of LimeTown. She was only 17 when the LimeTown incident occurred and it struck a level of interest within her because her uncle Dr.Emil Haddock lived there and was one of the people who went missing. She now has been investigating LimeTown and talking to survivors to find out what really happened and to tell their stories.

She used to live in LimeTown with her husband and her daughter Sylvia. upon arrival winonas assigned job was as a janitor for the experimental facility her husband worked at. However, due to her curiosity she was exterminated from that position and put to work at the town's movie theater instead. After the night of the disaster, she was separated from her husband and daughter and never hear from them again. She how hides out and changed her name to Winona
