During the first week, I gradually adapted to the life and study pace here, but I was still confused about many courses. However, we started our first small project, creating 100 pieces.

At first, I didn't understand the specific requirements of this project and had no clear direction for the theme I wanted to develop, not knowing where to start. So I decided to start with the metal weaving I was familiar with, and I wanted to incorporate nature, the plants I saw on my way to school.

After communicating with my classmates and teachers, I have understood the true meaning of the 100 projects and developed new ideas. I want to start from myself.

I use painting and a large number of project iterations to express the world I feel because of my floaters caused by high myopia. This is a very interesting process.

When I stare at a place blankly, the black lines in front of my eyes keep floating in the air. They surround the sky, leaves, stones, and pencils that I see. This symptom has been bothering me all the time, so I wrap the objects I see with lines of various colors, hoping that even though there are lines floating in front of my eyes, they are colorful.

This week, I started the metal workshop. It's really interesting and I think it's my biggest expectation this week. I learned to make a metal box lid and added a spiral handle on it. I really like it and enjoy the process of making the work purely.

Finally, it's time for the 100-project tell and show, which makes me feel nervous. After listening to and appreciating the ideas of other classmates, I have learned a lot of different viewpoints. I still don't have a very clear theme. I have been going along with my feelings before.
