Hace más de 10 años que luchamos por una vida digna, que proponemos y construimos soluciones en los territorios: escuelas campesinas, puestos de salud, mejoramiento de la producción y comercialización, obras de agua, resistencia activa y defensa jurídica de la tierra. Por su parte, el estado cordobés viene promoviendo el desmonte, permitiendo los desalojos, promoviendo un modelo agropecuario basado en la recetas de Monsanto con su paquete tecnológico que fumiga y envenena. Impulsa políticas de emergencia agropecuaria que no llegan a las familias campesinas y sólo se reparten alimentos balanceados entre los punteros de la campaña y las sociedades rurales. Como síntesis de todo esto en Córdoba se ha intensificado el efecto de la sequía y el avance de la desertificación

Del dialogo y las propuestas hemos construido proyectos que no alcanzan, que requieren políticas activas, comprometidas que den soluciones de fondo.

1. A los proyectos comunitarios de agua que hemos instalado, exigimos financiamiento del PROGRAMA CAMPESINO DE AGUA ya presentado al gobierno provincial.

2. Para frenar los desmontes en la provincia exigimos la derogación por inconstitucional de la ley 9814 y su modificación por el proyecto de Ordenamiento Territorial de la COTBN y que los recursos económicos lleguen a los verdaderos guardianes del monte, las familias campesinas y NO a los empresarios del desmonte.

3. AREAS CAMPESINAS que contemplen nuestro modo de producción, respeten el acceso al agua y al territorio.

4. EXIGIMOS el tratamiento y aprobación de la LEY PARA FRENAR LOS DESALOJOS en la provincia de Córdoba declarando la emergencia en nuestro campo, presentada en la legislatura desde el año 2009.

5. Las 50 familias campesinas que viven y trabajan en el campo la libertad exigimos la EXPROPIACIÓN DEL CAMPO LA LIBERTAD.

6. Real DEMOCRATIZACION DE LA JUSTICIA:

– RESPETO AL DERECHO DE DEFENSA: DEVOLUCION URGENTE DE LAS TIERRAS a las familias González y Bulchi, en Tres esquinas (Piquillín) usurpadas por Sara Jabase, su abogado Guillermo Morello en connivencia con un funcionario judicial el oficial de justicia Acebal. Denunciamos el lento proceder de la justicia que aún no ha escuchado a las familias desalojadas, no ha imputado a los verdaderos usurpadores de sus tierras.

– BASTA DE PROCESAMIENTO A CAMPESINOS POR DEFENDER SU TERRITORIO: desprocesamiento de los 16 campesinos, vecinos y amigos de la familias González y Bulchi por solidarizarse con la familias.

– CREACION DE TRIBUNALES DE TIERRA Y AMBIENTE que garanticen en forma integral nuestros derechos en el territorio.
