This is an example of unconditional love because Jeannette () cares about her father. She has a chance to ask for anything, but she chooses that her father to stop drinking. She chose that as a gift for her Mom's sake. She said it would make her mother happier. She didn't ask for that with herself in her mind, she thought about her mother.
