Pulled over a male on a motorcycle making an illegal left turn.

Information:

Upon talking with the suspect, found he had no license and no insurance. Claims to be out testing the motorcycle. While talking with Johnny Guitar he stated to be fibbing and When asked if the dog would alert his motorcycle, he agreed to a search. While searching he found a balloon filled with bread and what appeared to be an unopened pack of needles.

Interview with jonny:

While talking with Johnny Guitar he claims to be out testing the motorcycle, upon being furtherly questioned on that matter because of what appeared to be a large guitar case on his back, he states that he was fibbing on that claim. After asking Johnny Guitar if a dog would alert his motorcycle, he accepted a search and he repeatedly states that there will be no paraphernalia, and there wouldn't be drugs.

Disposition:

Police decide to let Guitar go on the paraphernalia and issue him some citizens for his license, also making him have to call someone with a valid license to pick him and the bike up.

Male had what appeared to be a large guitar case.

Police tells Jonny Guitar to get rid of the paraphernalia in his bag.
