I know not every student enjoys reading and writing. What are some ways to mix in technology with reading and writing so that the students will enjoy it?

I think a good way to mix technology with reading would be maybe to use a tablet or computer for books. Some of the online books even have audio, so it would be great for students who were struggling with new vocabulary. Here is a video that shows how to use E-books on any device
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPWq9b0v8eE

You could offer your students rewards for reading and writing. If they meet a certain quota over the year they can receive rewards which can include technology. Here is a link for teaching students to read in a way that they can understand and enjoy: https://www.teachingchannel.org/videos/student-annotated-reading-strategy
