If I was in the shoes of the residents that got the messege I would be terrified. The one thing I am questioning why did the person send that messege. Does he/she actually know if North Korea was actually going to send a missile? In addition, I agree to the father of two kids , What if there was an actual attack and they send a messege would people still believe it?
