The park contains tennis courts, a basketball court, a jungle gym, and a covered plaza with grills that can be used by the public. When I was exploring the area there were many families barbecuing while their kids played basketball and on the jungle gym. There are many warehouses and factories scattered throughout as well as business parks and areas dedicated to strictly warehouses. The area does not seem super wealthy, however, it does contain a few different aspects that you can tell are assets to the community. The area is growing and there are nicer apartment buildings popping up among throughout.
