As a campus we have decided to conduct our observations in the fall, reserving spring observations only for teachers requesting a second observation.

Each admin will send out a schedule or observation request to individuals for sign up. We will do this early Fall. We will try to accommodate as best as we can.

Do we need to submit artifacts for everything (i. e. Photo from Christmas Dinner)?

Yes. It is a good idea to submit all your evidence. Put them in the PPfT categories so that it is easier to find. I believe there is a section to upload your documentation on the PPfT pages on HCP. I will check on it and add that info. here. -JSM
