On this Day many Children dressed up as explorers!
Such as Scuba Divers,Mountain Climbers and Sky Divers! Mrs. Hodges, who is the head of year, planned many activities such as scavenger hunts and leaf drawings. She received a surprising bonus from Head of Junior School, Mrs Clair Harrington - Wilcox in a special ceremony in the new Moot in the Nixon Building. Tanglin trust school, where they come and have the most amazing wow days, the year 4 children had year 4 explorer day.They went though activities such as map reading,scavenger hunts and many more fun activities.

There were lots of impressive costumes like polar explorers safari explorers scuba divers astronauts and many were homemade and were surprisingly Eco friendly too. The lovely Teachers also dressed up and made nicknames for themselves that were highly hilarious, helped the children, with their activities. Most of the activities were mostly based on maps and coordinates which were some of the skills you would need in the jungle. All thanks to Nicky hodges,age 35,head of year arranged all this.

Mrs Nicky Hodges, aged 35,who is the Head of Year 4, organised the activities , such as GPS and leaf rubbings on Explorer Day.  She received a surprising bonus from Head of Junior School, Mrs Clair Harrington - Wilcox in a special ceremony in the new Moot in the Nixon Building.  During Exporer Day, a crocodile wrestler, who is named explorer Wright, was reported to kiss a crocodile to make it fall asleep.
