You can self refer or have someone else refer you via the website.


We offer a range of support groups for mums and their babies and toddlers. These groups are aimed particularly at mums who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, or feeling isolated. They are led by skilled and experienced staff and have the benefit of enabling you to meet other mums who have similar experiences.

Our volunteers give emotional and practical support, advice and a listening ear. Our support is confidential, flexible and responsive to your needs. Home-visiting can include:

  • giving you someone to listen to you

  • supporting you to access community activities for you and your child

  • helping and playing with your children

  • giving reassurance

  • helping you to find out about and use local amenities and services

  • attending appointments with you

  • working alongside you with practical help
