         <description><![CDATA[<div>Bitters were similar to pale ales but were usually deep bronze to copper in colour due to the use of slightly darker crystal malts, which give the beer a fuller taste.<br>Bitter is between 3,4% to 3,9% ABV.<br>It should have a spicy, peppery and grassy hop character, a powerful bitterness, tangy fruit and a juicy and nutty malt flavour.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lager is beer that has been stored or matured for a time at a cold temperature.<br>In <mark>Britain</mark>, Lagers are generally golden beers with a light flavour, but lager beer can be light or dark, hoppy or mild, strong or weak.<br>The common characteristic is that because lager is bottom -fermented, the fermentation process is slower.<br>This results in a cleaner,subtler flavour.<br>While all <mark>German </mark>lagers are made with malted barley, a special brew called "weiss" beer, litterally withe beer, is made from malted wheat.<br>The ABV is 5% or more.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Beer was made from barley in Babilonia as early as 6000 BC and there is evidence of beer making on the walls of egyptian tombs.<br>Saxon, Celtic, Nordic and Germanic tribes drank ale, wich like the word "malt" comes from Anglo-saxon.<br>Beer was brewed and served by women in their homes, also brewed in monasteries in Belgium and in the Netherlands.<br>By the 15th century in Germany, beer was being produced with hops by bottom-fermentation when the yeast sank.<br>This kind of beer became known as lager because it was kept cool in a lagern, the german word for "storeroom".<br>Typical british beer, produced from top fermentation became known as ale.</div>]]></description>
