         <description><![CDATA[<p>I find when the children is on routine and structure, they have an understanding of things are done at a certain time. They have a routine at bedtime, like snack, bath and brush teeth, and read a book to go to sleep. During the day, you have time slots to do certain activities. When they follow these they get in routine and as they grow they know certain times are for certain things.</p><p>Colleen</p>]]></description>
