Costa Rica is very beautiful and exotic, but it also has its down side. Costa Rica's current crime rate has increased in the past year alone, the homicide rate went from 11.7 percent to a whopping 17.2 percent. The rate of trafficking and gang clashes over drugs have increased in the pasted two years to about 36 percent, and many other lager crimes that have lager percentages. Most of the crime takes places in the capital of costa, San Jose and this is where most of the crimes i've explained taken place. This is just the social advents, Costa Rica still is in threat when it comes to weather problems, finically issues and more.

On Christmas eve night, costa Rica has this this big festival called Misa de Gallo ( mass of the rooster) where family's will share big feast and socialize with one other, then at the end, everyone will go to church and will honor god by praying till the next morning. these are just two traditions that we share by name, costa Rica has many other traditions to, example being national orchid show, where more then 300 hundred are bloomed and beautiful, and other traditions like fiestas de palmares, that is one of the longest festivals in costa Rica, held up for almost 2 weeks. this festival is held to signify the start of summer, there is food, live music, bull riding and so much more. costa Rica's traditions and huge and different t but in my opinion very worth trying.
