In the morning, my parents dropped me off at school. I walked into the schoolyard, feeling a bit anxious. Luckily, I met my old friends from middle school, and we talked while waiting for the morning assembly. After that, the teachers introduced themselves and explained the school rules.

Next, we were taken on a school tour to see the classrooms, library, and other facilities. I was amazed by how big the school was. Then, we had our first class, which was English. The teacher was very kind and made the lesson enjoyable.

During break time, I made some new friends and we had lunch together in the cafeteria. We talked about our interests and hobbies, and I felt more comfortable.

At the end of the day, I felt relieved and happy. Even though I was nervous at first, my first day at high school turned out to be an exciting and memorable experience. I looked forward to the new adventures and challenges ahead.
