         <description><![CDATA[<div>Up to 90% of all heart disease can be prevented by these, healthy dieting such as low fat, low sodium, low sugar diets and high fibre diets have been shown to decrease chances of heart disease over a year but the long term is unclear, moderate exercise of 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes) a week reduces heart disease by 26% but the studies in question used people without any prior history of heart disease, avoidance of tobacco and secondhand smoking can decrease likelihood of heart disease by 35%, alcohol use which have been limited to the recommended daily intake has a 25 - 30% decrease in chances of heart disease.</div>]]></description>
