         <description><![CDATA[<div>The rationale for FT being after P2 has changed, I think it is time to discuss it moving back to the start, as there are procedures in place for late students.<br>Another opinion: 5I don't believe the rational has fully been dealt with. Attendance is much stronger now and students generally arrive on time as they want to be in class time. There was a late process in the past but some form teachers did not ask students to go to sign in if late and some students did not come until P1 as form time was seen very flexible in arrival time. PW<br>Addition from BN: Culture of Form Time/Form Teachers to be looked at?? (whenever FT is this is an issue)</div>]]></description>
