I'd like to offer my students an education that empowers them for the future. Lessons that apart from teaching them grammar, vocabulary.., build in them other values such us determination so that nothing will beat them, boost their self-esteem so that nothing and no one will  make them doubt their potential and their abilities.
 also  I want to make my lessons more alive, more dynamic, more enjoyable so that my students  won't have a minute to feel bored.  I'd like to get trained to better master the  ICT tools. I'd like to allocate more time to reading/telling stories in my classes. 
Teaching large classes is not always easy so maybe a little work on dealing with such classes would be beneficial for both of us, my students and I.
It's such an amamzing feeling when the lesson is over and the bell rings and your students just look at you and don't want to leave the room. Those are the best moments in a teacher's life when he/she has that feeling of being able to "charm" the audience with the knwoledge he/she is pouring in their minds.
