         <title>Eileen Chai - Director of Chai360</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Eileen’s early career accomplishments were in sports, namely gymnastics, athletics &amp; springboard diving. She was a Singapore Olympic Academy Roll of Honour inductee and a Nanyang Outstanding Young Alumni Awardee. She has been a certified sports Coach, Educator, International Technical Official &amp; a TEDx Speaker. </p><p><br></p><p>As a violinist, she has performed at the opening ceremony of the Women's Tennis Association Finals and at the Singapore International Jazz Festival. She has also initiated social causes to empower and uplift the spirits of children, youth and adults so as to bring joy, happiness and love to the people around the world. She has been invited to speak at the Alberta Music Cities Convention to present her work - 3am Music Collective and Strings For Kindness, to talk about the role of music in empowering youths and promoting mental well-being. She is a recent Master of Arts pioneering batch of graduates in Arts and Cultural Entrepreneurship from the National University of Singapore.</p><p><br></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Ms. Kia Jiehui is passionate about sustainability, and committed to making a difference in Singapore-</p><p>based manufacturing. She is currently Business Development Manager at Ichi Seiki Pte Ltd, her</p><p>family’s precision engineering business with over 30 years of track record providing equipment and</p><p>engineering solutions for industries including aerospace, semiconductor, medical technology, marine</p><p>and offshore.</p><p><br></p><p>Jiehui is also the Head of Sustainability Committee of the Singapore Precision Engineering and</p><p>Technology Association (SPETA) where she works with partners such as the Singapore Institute of</p><p>Technology (SIT) to advocate for small and medium sized manufacturers to conduct affordable</p><p>energy assessments to identify areas for energy and cost efficiencies.</p><p><br></p><p>Over her career, Jiehui has worked for the Economic Development Board of Singapore (EDB) in communications and sustainability roles. She was the Principal Sustainability Strategist at Forum for the Future (Forum), an international sustainability non-profit working with businesses to offer advice on sustainability strategies. Forum was founded in the UK in 1996 and Jiehui was a founding member</p><p>of the Asia Pacific office in Singapore when it opened here in 2013. Her work involves designing change programmes and helping senior management teams set sustainability targets.</p><p><br></p><p>Jiehui also co-founded Save That Pen, a volunteer initiative that collects unwanted pens, refurbishes them, and donates them to underprivileged students across Southeast Asia. Her efforts were recognised in the “Eco-Friend Awards 2017”, organized by the National Environmental Agency (NEA).</p>]]></description>
