         <description><![CDATA[<div>One problem is when everyone is being nice, but another is when we are required to be nice! What is nice? Are there cultural differences? Can niceness be passive- aggressive? <br>How does niceness fit in with honesty in hard conversations?<br>Have we defined "Nice" in our team? <br>What kinds of strategies do we put in place?<br>Working in a climate of 360 feedback with specific character trait framework, direct and honest feedback requires knowing a bit more about the people we are working with. <br>Feedback - we need to be aware of how the feedback is being received emotionally. <br>Importance of norms and a third data point to relate to in the constructive feedack - i.e. the <strong>purpose</strong> of the feedback, (rather than making it personal.)- e.g. the student learning or the school mission or the school learning statement etc.&nbsp;<br>Norms need to be very carefully written so they are really supporting psychological safety ...</div>]]></description>
