-i can agree that gratitude improves lives but i cant get behind this articles analytical approach to something that cannot be measured like happiness.
-in the beginning he jokingly says "you can trust me i'm wearing a lab coat" And that sums up the article pretty well. They didn't get a tool to measure how happy someone was they made a judgement on that persons happiness, and likely a biased one.
- in my opinion gratitude can improve your life, but not by a percent, by however you perceive it to improve.
