I will need to begin looking at the IBEN section on My IB and starting to work through my Category 1 workshop. I will look for opportunities to collaborate with the other coordinators who are also IBEN in my state and see if we can collaborate on developing some workshops together. It is nice to feel as if I'm part of the struggle instead of jumping in the deep end trying to learn how to swim like when I first joined IBEN. I worry that my staff or really any staff especially those new to PYP will feel overwhelmed with changes to a programme they already feel new to.
