         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>The phone leaves the car thanks to DynaTAC (Dynamic Adaptive Total Area Coverage), with which former Motorola vice president Martin Cooper made the first private call.</strong></div><div><strong>The device in question weighed 1.1kg and its dimensions were 228.6x127x44.4mm. The user could talk for 30 minutes and it took nearly 10 hours for his battery to fully charge.</strong></div><div><strong>Regarding connectivity, these first devices belong to the “Zero Generation” (0G), as they do not have this capability.<br></strong><br></div>]]></description>

It was sent on December 3, 1992 by a 22-year-old engineer at the time, Neil Papworth. He worked at Vodafone, the UK operator.&nbsp;</div><div>The message was typed into the computer and was part of a test. Then it was sent to Richard Jarvis, director of Vodafone, who received the text for an Orbitel 901 model, one of the first in the world to have a GSM network integration.<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Cell phone The world's first cell phone was invented by electrical engineer Martin Cooper.&nbsp;</div><div>Considered the “father” of the cell phone, Cooper innovated by creating a prototype in 1973, a Motorola DynaTAC 8000X model, which would become the <strong>first cell phone to be marketed in the world</strong>, in 1983.</div><div>Another curiosity about the evolution of the cell phone is that the first unit of this device was sold even before cell phone plans existed.</div><div>Only a few months after the launch, the first plan appeared, which cost 50 dollars a month at the time.</div><div>This value is equivalent today to something around 127 dollars or about R$ 521.00 monthly and approximately R$ 4.20 per minute<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
