At the same time, the core issues such as values, political issues and national rationality behind the social policies discussed by Weber are still of wide and far-reaching significance to how we look at the development of nation-state social policies under the background of globalization.

1.Power is a person threatens to force other to do something, like the example in the video, one person puts a gun to the other person's head to force the other person to agree.Authority is when a person asks for something and the other person agrees to do it without coercion.

2.He called these three types traditional authority, rational-legal authority, and charismatic authority. The rational-legal authority, on the other hand, is based on the requirement of the proper administration of formally established rules and decrees. Rational-legal authority, on the other hand, is based on the requirement of the proper administration of formally established rules and laws. The core of rationalisation is reasonableness and legitimacy.
3. Weber's ideas of power and authority are very useful fro letting people understand the 21 century's politics. Because today's social institutions are mixtures of charismatic authority and rational legal authority. For example, a press image of a political leader still has a great impact on the society.

1.The primary distinction between power and authority is the level of control and influence they provide to the person who wields it. While authority is the sanctioned right granted to a person to carry out official duties, power is the possession of authority and control over others' ideas, movements, and actions.

2. Traditional authority: is derived from custom, tradition or established norms and is derived, says Weber, from the concept of patriarchal mastery in the family unit. Other family members respect the rule of inheritance and obey the patriarch, although he has no real means of enforcing obedience.

Charismatic authority: is an authority based on the special personal qualities claimed by and for an individual in order to make the person attractive so that he could influence a large number of people. Originally, it is used in a religious context but now-a-days it is used in all spheres.

Rational-Legal Authority: According to Weber, power made legitimate by laws, written rules, and regulations is termed rational-legal authority. In this type of authority, power is vested in a particular rationale, system, or ideology and not necessarily in the person who implements the specifics of that doctrine.
3.Weber's ideas continue to inform today's sociological theory and are vital to students of courses in organization, management, strategy and entrepreneurship.

1.The influence of authority comes through coercive means such as orders and instructions, and arises with the creation of a position. And authority comes from itself, through the leader's high prestige and good conduct that infects and influences people's
2.rational-legal ,charismatic, traditional .The rational-legal authority represents rationalisation, the other two being found mainly in traditional societies.
3.First, the end of official Soviet Marxism freed Marx, who was no longer openly identified with Leninism in theory or with the Leninist regime in practice. What is clear is that there are still considerable reasons to value Marx's view of the world. Second, it is particularly obvious that the globalised capitalist world that emerged in the 1990s closely resembles in some key respects the world that Marx foresaw in the Communist Manifesto.
