         <description><![CDATA[<div>My solution to help you save your shirt would be pouring diluted hydrogen peroxide on the blood and allowing it to sit for 20 minutes, afterwards pour color-safe bleach on the spot directly, and wash on a  warm delicate cycle, and I believe it’s a chemical change because the hydrogen peroxide along with the bleach reacts with the blood causing a chemical reaction.</div>]]></description>
