         <description><![CDATA[<div>Stress affects my well being in multiple ways, both physically and mentally. Physically, it will give me a headache or make me exhausted. Mentally, it will make me feel drained. Both can be equally dangerous for my health. To me, I have to make sure I manage my stress because if I don't, I might have a seizure. So, the best way for me to manage stress is to get whatever is bugging me out of the way so my body can be more calm.</div>]]></description>

I have to reach my goals before I think about having a child. These future decisions will affect my well being by showing me I can be happy with or without the life that a lot of people around me seek. What I can to enhance my well being is to worry about myself and not what others think of me, of improving myself the way I want. </div>]]></description>
