one of my all time favorite songs is Ever long by the Foo Fighters, The song's lyrics drew inspiration from Dave Grohl's enduring love affair with Louise Post from the band Veruca Salt. It revolves around the profound connection he felt with her, capturing the essence of being so deeply linked to someone that the love extends beyond the physical and spiritual realms. I have a lot of artists that I'm fond of, primarily guitarists or musicians. This shapes how I see the world, especially since they are musicians. They can have a new interpretation of the world through music. The one above is John Mayer (also known as the ex of Taylor Swift), and he is an excellent musician, mainly in improvising and composing music structures that shaped how I play and think about music.

Why do I like these media?

I like this media because it shows me purpose in life, gives me motivation, and gives me something to look upon, like having favorite songs and artists and also having to look at those nostalgic photos that shows what I've become and being proud of what I've achieved but also looking to achieve a greater self.

How are these media influencing or affecting me? (my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, behavior). Is this healthy? If yes, how come? If not, what steps should you take to change it?

The media I consume significantly impacts my lifestyle, aspirations, attitudes, and behavior by shaping my perceptions and decision-making. Whether in promoting positive values or perpetuating unrealistic standards, the impact can be positive and negative. To ensure a healthy influence, it's crucial to diversify your media intake, critically analyze content, and actively seek sources that align with your authentic values and well-being. I've found that balancing various perspectives and consciously choosing media that fosters personal growth has positively shaped my outlook and choices.
