Hatshepsut had many achievements and was probably one of the most successful leaders in history, considering that she was competing against many men rulers.
She built one of the most famous temples that lasted over 35 hundred years. This temple is located in Deir el-Bahri. It was to honor all the gods and goddesses. This temple served as both a tomb and a temple. This feat proves that she put a lot of effort into her work and was a fantastic builder.
Unfortunately, Hatshepsut was extremely self-conscious and changed how she looked at famous monuments to cope. She made herself look more like a man but over-exaggerating her jaw and the area near her eyebrow. This took off some points because instead of telling her people to accept the fact that she was still a great pharaoh, she just covered it up.

Hatshepsut was one of the greatest pharaohs of all time. She used her power very wisely because instead of setting wars with all the nations around her, she promoted peace and kept a good relationship with them instead. It is said that Hatshepsut's spiritual beliefs fueled her to become a better leader. More specifically, she believed that the gods had made her destined to restore temples, so she did. One of the temples is the Temple of Karnak.

I think Hatshepsut is a very commendable leader. Among many men leaders, she kept her ground and turned Egypt into a great place. She extended trade routes and very rarely even considered making enemies with the cities around her. She brought great wealth and artistry to her land.
