         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Assessment To Them: a tool to figure out what your students know and what their ready to learn next<br>-Go To Assessments: hands on assessment (for the younger students with shorter attention spans)<br>-How to work smarter, not harder: set boundaries for yourself, pick out one day out of the week to plan for the next week, get there earlier in the morning to plan for the next day, have the copier sort things and put them together for you so you do not have to sort them out yourself<br>-Advice: be extra nice to the secretary and custodian, listen to your team and your co workers, take a risk<br>-Resources: Out of My Mind by Sharon Draper, any books that represent everyone<br>-Why Teach?: you can be funny, you know you are making a difference every day</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Assessment To Them: The fact that students can apply the knowledge, it doesn't matter how, just that students can show the teacher they understand what they are teaching and apply it in accordance to the standard<br>-Go To Assessments: breaking down the standard into 5 ideas and concepts the students could show him, they can do it in different ways they feel best to show their understanding of what they learned<br>-How to work smarter, not harder: go slow to start out with, if you get a lot of things thrown at you, take it all in and swallow and be able to make it happen, do the best you can do with it and then do a little more<br>-Advice: parents worry if you know and care about their kid so make it known that you do, if you are having a situation with a kid over and over, think about how you can make it better for them and do it&nbsp;<br>-Resources: Culture Code, Small Bets<br>-Why Teach?: so students&nbsp;have people in their life who care, and are stable and consistent</div>]]></description>
