If for example I shared an interesting way I search on workflows etc. We also thought it would be cool to add staff highlights to that. What a CAR staff member is working on projects, patrons etc. Ex: A little blurb about Courtney white's daily dealings with hotspots. What kind of things I do when I work on them and why.

For a lot of us, that’s already an active part of what we do. But like the collaboration with Interfaith’s podcast, or my experience sitting in with Nation Outside (which tangibly got more people aware of and in to use the expungement services we offer), I think we can always benefit from being aware of the many diverse community groups who use our spaces and just making sure we are making our strengths and services known to them beyond just meeting rooms.
