  • Prince Charles has been put in charge of sustainability and it's development.
  • This 'Sustainable Village' started in 2009
  • It has been a 20 year development and has been built on 'brown' land which is land that has been built on in the past. (That can save more space for other things to be built on).
  • "A walking neighbourhood is a healthy neighbourhood."
  • What Prince Charles is trying to is combine things such as architecture, healthcare and education into the new development in Coed Darcy.
  • Prince Charles believes that building a new and ORGANIC neighbourhood will sustain the present and help the worlds future and next generation.
