         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;Hans found that the body responds in a similar manner to various stressors in the form on anxiety or worry.  This helped him develop the three stages of coping: Alarm stage which prepared the body for defense, resistance stage where the body attempts to return to a normal biological state, and exhaustion stage where the heart rate and respiration decrease to conserve bodily resources.</div>]]></description>
